A Place to Stay, & a Plan for What’s Next
If you are pregnant, facing housing instability, or do not have a safe place to stay right now, Faith Maternity Care’s residential program may be the right fit for you. We offer free housing in a home-like environment, along with the support, education, and resources to help you build a stable future for yourself and your baby.
Our home in Fulton, Missouri, is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Up to four women can live here at a time, and each resident has her own bedroom.
You are not a number here. You are known by name, and our team genuinely invests in your well-being.
How Long Can You Stay?
Residents are welcome to stay free of charge for the duration of their pregnancies. If you choose to parent your baby and continue to meet eligibility requirements, you can remain in the program through your child’s first birthday.
That extended timeline sets Faith Maternity Care apart from many other maternity homes and gives you the time you need to truly get on your feet.
Mothers can bring up to 2 children under 10 to stay with them. If you have older children currently in state custody and are working toward reunification, our team will work directly with your caseworker, attend family support team meetings, testify in court when requested, supervise visits, and provide court reports.
We will advocate alongside you through that entire process.
What the First 30 Days Look Like
Your first month at Faith Maternity Care is designed to help you settle in and get comfortable with your new surroundings. During this time, a member of our team will accompany you to appointments, help you learn the area, and make sure you are connected to the right resources.
Think of it as having a guide during a time when everything is new. Our support during your transition sets the tone for everything that follows.
